The BirdShades bird protection window film, like other glass markings, is only effective when the entire window is covered. The film can be adjusted to the shape and size of the window, but it should not be cut into stickers.
The installation is very similar to solar control window films. It is important to thoroughly remove the transferliquid as our window film is PET (therefore water won’t diffuse) and we have a water-based adhesive. PET and water-based is more sustainable but a bit more challenging in installation and we recommend a professional.
BirdShades can be used for all kinds of float glass. If you have laminated glass or glass with a special coating, we recommend to contact us beforehand.
